Jewellery Care

Your Coco & Lime piece has been created with love & care. It should be the last thing you put on & the first taken off. Allow perfumes & creams to dry before wearing jewellery. Avoid contact with any liquids. Don’t Sleep, shower or swim while wearing jewellery. Keep it in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Polymer clay is light & durable, but may be damaged if dropped or something heavier is placed on top of your piece.

To clean: wipe over gently with a soft cloth, slightly damp with water or a Q-Tip dipped in alcohol.

Our ear wires are hypoallergenic stainless steel.

Shipping

All orders are processed & sent from Townsville, Queensland 4817. Once we receive payment, please allow three full business days of processing time prior to the shipment of your order. After your order has been processed, domestic orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Please check directly with the Australia Post website using your postcode and our postcode to calculate the estimated shipping time. Please note - we aren’t responsible for any shipping delays once the item is in transit. At this time shipping is limited to Australian addresses.

Shipping Costs

All orders are sent as a tracked parcel. This is to ensure your earrings arrive in perfect condition, so the parcel provides adequate protection for the goods inside. In terms of postage costs, we are at the mercy of Australia Post who determine shipping rates. Our postage rates also take into account costs such as boxes, bags, tape, labels, etc. We offer free postage for Australian domestic orders of $80 & above.

Standard Shipping

The cost of standard shipping is $10. Most packages generally take two to ten business days from the time your item is posted until it arrives. Please allow additional transit time during Covid. Our orders are sent as parcels & include tracking.

Free Shipping

Orders of $80 (excluding shipping) & above qualify for free shipping, on Australian domestic orders. Items are shipped via standard Australia Post. Coco & Lime is not responsible for lost or damaged postage. For a small fee, you have the option to add signature on delivery for added security.

Shipping Disputes

Unless you choose the registered post (signature on delivery) option, we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit. We take care in packaging your items, however, please contact us within five business days if your item arrives damaged to discuss options. A photograph of the damaged items will be required to assist us with our quality control.

Returns / Exchanges

All of our products are handmade with care - because of this, there may be elements of handmade charm, which only add to the uniqueness of your individual earrings! When choosing an item, please do so with care as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us to discuss options. Postage costs cannot be refunded.
